Teva is currently looking to recruit two Warehouse Operations Team Leaders to lead the successful team of Warehouse Operatives who form a key part of our Commercial Operations team, based at our Ridings Point (Castleford) site.

Skills & Experience

You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and will hold significant experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team is a must along with experience of working to GDP/GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities

The overall purpose of the role is to lead the warehouse operation, ensuring all team members are working to SOP’s resulting in the smooth running of the warehouse function.

  • Assisting managers in various duties, ensuring all warehouse staff have clear guidance in their roles.
  • Provide a positive and supportive working environment to motivate the team.
  • Monitor work flow and identify any problematic situations and take corrective action if required in order to meet SLA’s.
  • Adhere to GMP and Health and Safety Standards, performing investigations and ensuring investigation reports (IR) and corrective Preventative Actions (CAPA) are closed out on time.
  • Complete return to work interviews and provide full support for those returning to work.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with various departments e.g. Finished goods planners, Customer service, HR, Product Managers etc.
