The Respiratory Business Unit is expanding to build a new Team of 4 Regional Account Managers (RAMs) in the field of Severe Eosinophilic Asthma.  You will be responsible for the market access and sales of CINQAERO® (Reslizumab).

You will need a strong work ethic and a huge drive to succeed.  A key part of the role is to build and implement effective account plans whilst working closely with the Respiratory Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Geographic Regions:

South – Main Centres include London, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Midlands – Main Centres include Birmingham and Leicester.

North West + East Midlands – Main Centres include Manchester, Liverpool and Nottingham.

North – Main Centres include Glasgow, Belfast and Newcastle.

Skills & Experience

  • Consistent success in a commercial sales role over a number of years
  • Demonstrable Hospital Specialist sales experience
  • Previous experience and success within key account management
  • Robust evidence of stakeholder management and brand advocacy development
  • Evidence and the ability to take on and communicate complex clinical information
  • Experience of developing services to deliver specialist medicine
  • Previous experience of promoting high cost medicines in a specialist arena
  • Brand launch success would be advantageous
  • Preferably Degree qualified or extensive relevant industry experience

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and manage profitability of accounts on the Region
  • Develop and implement business strategy to drive sales of all key products within defined Region
  • Manage relationships with key customers and Nationally recognised experts in the field of Severe Eosinophilic Asthma on the Region
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales to drive market access and service development within key Severe Asthma Multidisciplinary Teams
  • Develop working relationships and network with all stakeholders in key centres to ensure they can be used to effectively influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions
  • Complete all company administration and reports within guidelines and time scales specified to ensure high standard of management information
