An exciting opportunity has arisen within our OTC account management team of this exceptional Global Healthcare organisation    

We are looking for an enthusiastic and successful individual who can demonstrate previous experience with the top 4 major grocery accounts. This will be a challenging and demanding role , with responsibility for JBP’s , listing NPD , promotional activity , category management and liaising with buyers across Healthcare and Baby categories, with our brand leading portfolios.

Our business in the UK is well established, but we would like to take the OTC business to the next level.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven National and key account experience with the Healthcare market i.e. brand or OTC with either Boots, Tesco, Asda or Sainsbury’s
  • Highly tuned negotiation skills
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Excellent planning skills and attention to detail
  • Highly credible with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface effectively with the customer and internal Teva personnel and capable of representing Teva at the most senior levels within your designated channel.
  • In depth knowledge of the OTC sector, understanding the market dynamics and influencing factors, in this changing retail landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive  and effective strategic grocery channel strategy that support Teva’s business needs
  • Manage budgets including promotional spend within each department, developing both 5 year strategic objectives and a one year annual commercial and operational plan
  • Agree promotional plans with each customer, taking in to account In-store events, TV Campaigns, NPD and digital strategy for each customer channel
  • Drive best practice and innovation by attending industry events that give insights to customer’s individual strategies
  • Present account plans at commercial meetings, sharing and updating on execution of agreed promotional plans
