Are you ready to launch your career? Are you looking to test your academic achievements in the real world? If so, our Graduate Management Trainee Scheme might be just what you’re looking for: a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading healthcare companies, hitting the ground running right from day-one.
We’re passionate about securing and nurturing talented people to help drive our business forward – it’s part of our commitment to developing leaders of the future. We can offer you an incredible hands-on experience which will see you not only earn as you lean, but also working with some really bright and inspiring professionals to help you develop your knowledge. If you see yourself as a future leader, and are someone who really wants to make a difference, then this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re part of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, with operations in 80 countries and around 57,000 employees globally.
You’ll get to spend time getting to know various different parts of our business, across our various sites, learning on the job and accumulating as much experience and practical knowledge as possible during a series of secondments.
Our Graduate scheme is a 20-month fixed-term rotational programme across key departments in our commercial business and has been specially designed to create our future leaders. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be spending time with teams from all over our business – marketing, sales, supply chain to name but a few – getting to understand how Teva UK operates. You will be expected to learn on the job and accumulate as much experience and practical knowledge as possible in the various departments you will be seconded to, working closely with managers and heads of functions and completing project work or assisting with day-to-day responsibilities.
Our scheme is all about empowering and enabling our graduates to become key contributors to the company. We have developed tailored plans to help you adjust and be a strong contributor in the various secondments across the business as well as providing you with challenges and opportunities to grow and develop. You will be supported by your assigned department line manager, and will have a ‘buddy’ to support and guide you through each secondment. As part of your development, you will attend development workshops and receive coaching support to monitor your performance and help you achieve your goals.
A key requirement for the Graduate scheme is the flexibility to travel across to our various sites, some of which you may be based at for a period of 3 - 4 months.
